Welcome to my Pregnancy Yoga classes, where expecting mothers from all trimesters are warmly welcomed—no prior yoga experience needed! These sessions are designed to support your journey through pregnancy, focusing on connection, preparation, and relaxation.

Each class begins with gentle breathing exercises to help you connect with your body and your baby while grounding your mind. We then move through gentle warm-ups and carefully chosen yoga poses to stretch and prepare your body for childbirth. The class concludes with a deeply relaxing session, leaving you refreshed and calm.
