Each class begins with gentle breathing exercises to help you connect with your body and your baby while grounding your mind. We then move through gentle warm-ups and carefully chosen yoga poses to stretch and prepare your body for childbirth. The class concludes with a deeply relaxing session, leaving you refreshed and calm.
